FAQ

What is Swapdore?

Swapdore is a non-custodial web app for token swaps. It swaps tokens on one network, swaps or bridges them between networks, and converts dust (small leftover balances) into one token. It holds no liquidity of its own: it asks swap and bridge providers for quotes, checks each one and selects the best, and you sign every transaction in your own wallet.

Does Swapdore hold my funds or keys?

No. Swapdore never holds your funds, keys or seed phrase. Your wallet signs and sends every transaction. Before a quote is shown, Swapdore checks the contract it is sent to, the amounts, the minimum received and the fee recipient. Never share a seed phrase or private key with anyone.

Which networks does Swapdore support?

Swapdore supports Robinhood Chain, Base, Arbitrum One, Ethereum, OP Mainnet, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Avalanche, HyperEVM, Monad. Swaps on one network, transfers between networks and the Dust converter all use this list. A pair or amount can still be unavailable when no provider offers a route for it.

What does Swapdore charge?

Swaps on one network and between networks pay a marginal fee per swap: 0.10% on the first 1,000 USDT-equivalent, 0.05% from there up to 1,000,000 and 0.01% on the part above that, with no cap. The fee is included in the quote, not added on top. The Dust converter charges a flat 1% instead, only on completed conversions. Network gas is separate: your wallet shows it before you send. Bridge and relayer fees for transfers between networks are included in the quote.

Do I need gas on the destination network?

No. For a swap or transfer between networks you pay gas only on the source network; you do not need gas on the destination network to receive. With the Dust converter you pay gas on each network you convert on; a network without enough of its own coin can first receive about $2 of it from another network where you hold gas.

How long does a transfer take?

A swap on one network is done when the network confirms its transaction. Most transfers between networks arrive within a minute. The card counts a transfer as delivered only after it reads the arrival on the destination network itself, and links to both transactions.

What happens if a swap or transfer fails?

A transaction that fails on chain is reverted: your tokens stay in your wallet, but the gas for the attempt is spent. For a transfer between networks, nothing is sent if the provider lowers the guaranteed minimum by more than 0.1% while the transaction is prepared; you decide whether to send with the new minimum. If a provider cannot complete a transfer, it may return the funds, and the card shows the refund and the network it arrived on once it is confirmed on chain. The transfer record stays only in the browser that sent it; on another device, follow the transfer in the explorer or through the provider’s tracking link.

Token approval before a swap

Which wallets can I use?

Browser wallets such as MetaMask and OKX Wallet, Rainbow, and mobile wallets through WalletConnect. In the Dust converter, wallets that can bundle calls, such as MetaMask and OKX Wallet, need one confirmation per network for the swaps; other wallets ask for each step.

Do I need an account or identity verification?

No. Swapdore has no accounts and asks for no identity documents: you connect a wallet and confirm each request in it. Your address is shared with quote and RPC providers when a quote or a network read needs it. Language, theme and pending transfers are stored in your browser.

What is dust?

Dust is the small balances left behind by airdrops, earlier swaps and bridges. Spread across networks, each one is often worth less than the gas needed to move it by hand. The Dust converter scans your wallet on every supported network, shows what each balance is worth after all costs, and converts the ones you select into ETH, BTC, USDC or a network’s own coin on one network.
