How to Convert Dust Tokens: Turn Small Balances into One Token
Dust is the small balances left behind by airdrops, earlier swaps and bridges. Spread across networks, each one is often worth less than the gas needed to move it by hand. The Dust converter gathers the balances you choose into one asset on one network.
What the converter does
- Scans the connected wallet on every supported network: Robinhood Chain, Base, Arbitrum One, Ethereum, OP Mainnet, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Avalanche, HyperEVM, Monad. The scan only reads balances; it sends nothing.
- Shows each token’s net value after all costs: price impact and route cost, the Swapdore fee, the network fee and its share of a bridge.
- Flags tokens whose costs exceed their value, risky tokens, and tokens without a price or route.
- Converts the selected tokens into ETH, BTC, USDC or a network’s own coin, on the network you choose.
Step by step
- Open Swapdore, select the Dust tab and connect your wallet.
- Select Scan wallet. No token is selected by default.
- Select the tokens you want to convert. With Include native coins on, native coins are converted too, and three times the estimated network fees stay on each network.
- Under Convert to, choose the asset and the target network.
- Check what you receive on the target network and the number of confirmations, then select Start.
- Confirm each request in your wallet and keep the page open until the run ends.
How the conversion runs
On each network, the selected tokens are first swapped into the target asset’s equivalent there. From networks other than the target, the result is then bridged once, so you pay for one bridge per network instead of one per token. Wallets that can bundle calls, such as MetaMask and OKX Wallet, need one confirmation per network for the swaps; other wallets ask for each step. A bridged network needs a second confirmation for the bridge.
A network without enough native coin for its fees can first receive about $2 of it from another network you hold gas on. That gas stays in your wallet. If its arrival cannot be verified in time, that network is skipped and nothing is sent there.
Fees
Swapdore charges a flat 1% on each conversion, only when it completes. You pay network gas on each network; Swapdore pays none. Bridge costs are quoted before you start.
Before you select a token
Tokens that are not on any trusted list are grouped as unverified. Most of them are unsolicited scam tokens: their value appears only after a quote, converting them may waste fees, and their names or links can lead to phishing sites. Select only tokens you recognize.
Very small balances can cost more to convert than they are worth; the converter marks them as loss-making. Bridges out of Polygon and Avalanche find no route below about $1–2.
The last run is shown again after a reload in the same browser, and its bridges are followed until they arrive. To move a single token between networks, see the cross-network guide.
